ERP Sales Manager

About the role

UBRSOFT is seeking an ERP Sales Manager to lead the promotion and sale of its customized ERP solutions. Based in Karachi, the role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on identifying prospects, managing the complete sales cycle and delivering consultative demonstrations that match client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and build a pipeline of B2B prospects for ERP solutions.
• Conduct end‑to‑end sales processes, from initial contact through proposal, presentation and contract negotiation.
• Deliver tailored product demos and value‑based proposals to decision‑makers across finance, HR, supply‑chain and manufacturing functions.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction during pre‑ and post‑sales phases.
• Collaborate closely with technical and implementation teams to align solutions with client requirements.
• Provide market intelligence, monitor trends and represent UBRSOFT at industry events.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling B2B software or ERP/enterprise solutions.
• Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and managing complex sales cycles.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal abilities, with comfort engaging senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field; sales or ERP certifications are a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Karachi and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
