ETL Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ETL Developer to design, build and maintain data integration solutions for our banking clients. The role involves working with SSIS, Informatica DEI and SQL Server to ensure high‑quality, reliable data pipelines that support reporting and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain ETL processes and data integration workflows using SSIS and Informatica DEI.
• Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions and views in SQL Server/T‑SQL.
• Implement data quality, validation and reconciliation procedures to meet banking data‑governance standards.
• Support reporting and analytics platforms by providing optimized data sources.
• Troubleshoot ETL issues, monitor job execution and continuously improve performance.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Effective communication with stakeholders and ability to work both independently and in cross‑functional teams.
