Etsy Shop Manager / Virtual Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Etsy Shop Manager / Virtual Assistant to oversee daily operations and drive growth for our online store. The role is fully remote and focuses on optimizing listings, handling customer interactions, and monitoring shop performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Etsy shop and all daily store activities.
• Create, upload, and optimize product listings with effective keywords, tags, titles, and SEO.
• Research market trends, competitor offerings, and keyword opportunities.
• Organize digital products and keep listings accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Monitor views, favorites, conversion rates, and sales metrics.
• Respond professionally to customer messages and support inquiries.
• Assist with order processing, reviews, and post‑sale support.
• Provide regular performance reports and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Previous experience managing an Etsy shop (preferred).
• Strong understanding of Etsy SEO and search ranking.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to commit to a long‑term working relationship.

Required skills

• Canva (or similar design tool) – basic knowledge.
• Proficiency with the Etsy platform and its listing tools.
