Evening/Night International Sales & Support Agent

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic International Sales & Support Agent to join our evening/night shift team. The role focuses on outbound cold‑calling to generate new business for our IT services in international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients in target markets.
• Deliver a compelling sales pitch, qualify leads, and ensure they meet company criteria.
• Maintain high call volumes while achieving daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
• Log customer details and call outcomes accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize conversions and revenue.

Required profile

• Fluent English with a neutral or near‑native accent.
• Minimum 6 months experience in cold calling, sales or lead generation.
• Strong communication, persuasion and punctuality.
• Goal‑oriented, team‑player attitude and ability to handle rejection.
• Adaptable, fast thinker with a growth mindset.
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus.

What we offer

• Base salary of 60,000 PKR plus commission (average take‑home 90‑100 K PKR).
