Executive Assistant with Marketing Support (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant who can combine high‑level administrative support with basic marketing duties to help our client grow their personal and business brand online. This full‑time remote role follows Canadian/US business hours and requires a detail‑oriented professional who can manage day‑to‑day operations while creating engaging social media content.

Key responsibilities

• Manage email inbox, calendar, meeting scheduling and other administrative tasks.
• Act as communication gatekeeper, following up with clients and ensuring timely responses.
• Create, schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
• Design simple graphics, carousels and short‑form videos using Canva or AI‑based design tools.
• Repurpose podcasts, conference recordings and business updates into social media posts.
• Conduct email outreach, follow‑ups and appointment setting with prospects and podcast guests.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather updates and communicate them professionally.
• Prioritize tasks, maintain organized inbox and support the client while traveling.
• Leverage AI tools to boost productivity, draft emails and generate content while preserving the client’s tone.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Professional, client‑facing demeanor and meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• Canva or similar graphic‑design tools.
• AI content‑creation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper).
• Social‑media management platforms.
• Project‑management tools such as ClickUp, Trello or Asana.
