Executive Capex Planning

About the role

The Executive Capex Planning professional will own the full lifecycle of capital expenditure projects, from approval through to execution, ensuring accurate budgeting and compliance with PTCL Group policies. This position works closely with technical, corporate, IT and business teams to drive efficient CAPEX management within SAP.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end CAPEX lifecycle, including project approvals, PC‑1 issuance, project creation and budget loading in SAP.
• Validate approved CAPEX amounts, allocate budgets to asset classes and ensure proper budget provision.
• Coordinate with procurement for purchase order issuance and support end‑users on budget loading and expense matters.
• Extract expense reports from SAP, compile data and produce management reporting for all projects.
• Assist development and operations teams with SAP ERP issues in collaboration with the ERP team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics or related).
• 1–3 years of experience handling financials and CAPEX processes.
• Familiarity with SAP modules related to investment and project systems.
