Executive Customer Operations – Network Services

About the role

PTCL Group is looking for an Executive Customer Operations professional to drive business growth by delivering high‑quality telecom services to new customers. The role focuses on network rehabilitation, efficient resource utilization, and achieving daily, weekly and monthly operational targets while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Meet PSTN, broadband, IPTV installation and NTC targets for copper and GPON networks.
• Monitor and resolve complaints with defined MTTR and MTTP metrics.
• Accurately map network elements and conduct monthly progress reviews.
• Propose new MSAG/dry‑area projects and oversee jointing of underground and aerial cables.
• Test newly commissioned OSP networks and ensure timely service delivery.
• Provide periodic training for field staff on installation quality and fault rectification.
• Maintain underground cables, renovate local loops, and collect competitor intelligence.

Required profile

• BE/BS in Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics or related engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in telecom operations.
• Proven team‑management and communication abilities.
• Experience in KPI monitoring, field operations, quality control, reporting and documentation.
