Executive – Customer Success

About the role

The NIQ Customer Success team is seeking an Executive to manage client relationships, develop research proposals, and deliver insightful reports. This role supports clients by translating their business challenges into actionable data-driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate directly with clients, addressing queries and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Develop research instruments and proposals based on client briefs, covering various study types such as BHT, U&A, and segmentation.
• Prepare detailed reports with recommendations, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Plan and execute research projects from questionnaire design to data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience in market research.
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Management, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience working with large datasets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
