Executive Development Manager - Insurance Sales Team

About the role

The Executive Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Islamabad. The position recruits, trains and develops a team of insurance executives so they can meet sales and business development targets. It is a supervisory role focused on coaching, mentoring and performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Set performance goals, monitor progress and provide coaching and mentoring to the sales team
• Coordinate with internal departments to support sales strategies
• Organize development programs and workshops
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Prepare performance reports and analyze market trends
• Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the customer base

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field; a master's degree or relevant certifications are an advantage
• Previous experience in insurance, banking or financial services, especially in a supervisory or development role, is highly beneficial
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, and solid organizational and time-management abilities

Required skills

• Sales planning, target setting and performance monitoring within financial services or insurance
• Analytical skills for interpreting sales data and performance reports
• Basic computer applications such as MS Office, CRM or sales tracking tools, and report preparation
