Executive Development Manager

About the role

Jubilee Life Insurance is looking for motivated, results-oriented professionals to join as Executive Development Managers in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. The role combines client acquisition and sales target achievement with recruiting, onboarding and developing a sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through client acquisition, prospecting and lead generation.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and timely follow-ups.
• Establish and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Achieve assigned individual and team sales targets.
• Recruit, onboard and support Sales Executives and Financial Advisors.
• Build, train and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Provide ongoing coaching, guidance and performance support to team members.
• Monitor team performance and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented mindset and a strong willingness to pursue a career in sales.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and leadership potential are encouraged to apply.

Preferred qualifications include experience in sales, business development, banking, insurance or real estate, and previous leadership or team-management experience.
