Executive Digital Applications

About the role

We are looking for an Executive Digital Applications to ensure smooth operation, administration and support of our digital portfolio, including mobile apps, portals, campaign management systems and backend services. The role will work closely with cross‑functional teams to monitor performance, resolve incidents and drive automation for a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of digital applications, APIs and campaign management platforms.
• Monitor system performance, availability and reliability using ELK, Grafana and custom dashboards.
• Diagnose and resolve technical incidents, providing L2/L3 support and coordinating with vendors.
• Ensure integration with third‑party systems for reliable data exchange.
• Execute deployments, change requests and system upgrades according to schedule.
• Develop automation scripts to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Support planning and execution of Disaster Recovery drills and document validation steps.
• Collaborate with business teams for requirement gathering, troubleshooting and UAT support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related IT field.
• Experience with campaign management systems, BVS, mobile applications and web portals.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle production incidents.
