Executive Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

This senior position reports to the Head of Business Planning & Treasury and serves as a finance business partner across the organisation. The role supports financial planning, performance management and strategic decision‑making, providing insights that drive operational and commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in annual budgeting, monthly and quarterly forecasting, and long‑range financial planning.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Track financial and non‑financial KPI scorecards for the company and its directors.
• Partner with commercial, operations, procurement and business teams to support strategic decisions.
• Provide actionable financial insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Support leadership with scenario analysis and business case evaluations.
• Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards and variance analysis.
• Analyse key financial and operational KPIs across the TowerCo business.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, cost optimisation initiatives and efficiency projects.
• Assist in building financial models for funding requirements and investment opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to financial controls, company policies and reporting standards.
• Drive process improvements and automation within FP&A activities.

Required profile

• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CA finalist or MBA in Finance (preferred).
• 4–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial modelling, commercial finance or business finance partnering.
• Experience in telecommunications, infrastructure or shared‑services environments is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI.
• Experience with financial reporting tools.
