Executive General Procurement

About the role

The Executive General Procurement role is responsible for managing procurement activities for assigned projects and purchase requisitions, ensuring timely and cost‑effective sourcing of materials and services.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and float RFQs through SAP Ariba, coordinate vendor clarifications, and support transparent bid evaluations.
• Generate and maintain weekly/monthly reports on PRs, POs, and procurement activities, and prepare project status and open PO reports.
• Coordinate with Technology, Administration, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Finance, and Regional teams to ensure smooth procurement operations and compliance.
• Ensure timely approvals, purchase order creation, order placement in SAP, and collaborate with Finance for budget confirmation and vendor settlements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant procurement experience.
