Executive Network Security

About the role

The Executive Network Security role is responsible for leading information security activities across NOMC, ensuring the protection of telecom infrastructure and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support identification, classification, ownership and lifecycle management of information security assets.
• Perform network security risk assessments for telecom infrastructure, changes and vendor engagements, including risk treatment and acceptance processes.
• Ensure compliance with information security policies, standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., PTA CTDISR).
• Support internal, external audits and regulatory inspections, ensuring timely closure of observations.
• Govern vulnerability assessment activities and ensure risk‑based remediation within defined SLAs.
• Oversee Privileged Access Management (PAM) including onboarding, access reviews and periodic audits.
• Coordinate SIEM onboarding and security monitoring of NOMC assets with SOC teams.
• Collaborate with Information Security teams on governance initiatives, awareness programs and control improvements.
• Prepare and report Network Security KPIs to management and relevant stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, CYSA+, Security+) are an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, network security or information security governance.
• Strong negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset, self‑motivation and ability to meet strict project deadlines.
• Team management and leadership capabilities.
