Executive NOC Transport Network Optimization

About the role

The Executive NOC Transport Network Optimization role is responsible for managing core network projects and ensuring the reliable performance of transport infrastructure. You will coordinate with PMO and planning teams, oversee network configuration and optimization, and troubleshoot faults to maintain service stability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage core network projects and coordinate with PMO teams for planning, execution, and delivery.
• Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot transport network elements.
• Monitor transmission networks, analyze service‑affecting alarms, and coordinate fault rectification with regional teams.
• Support carrier desk for fault handling and new deployments.
• Provide NOC support for all transport and transmission‑related projects.
• Supervise field activities, assist customers, monitor staff, and liaise with management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in network operations or transport projects.
• Strong problem‑resolution and analytical abilities.
• Basic understanding of NOC, PTN and OTN network concepts.
