Executive QA – Quality Assurance in Manufacturing

About the role

Master Group of Industries is looking for an Executive QA to support quality assurance across its manufacturing operations in Mirpur, Azad Kashmir. The role covers the entire production cycle, from raw material receipt through production to final dispatch, ensuring that quality standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor manufacturing activities to verify compliance with established quality requirements.
• Inspect incoming raw materials and ensure they meet specified quality specifications.
• Perform dispatch quality checks to confirm that finished products meet required standards.
• Conduct weekly QA/QC audits, document findings and follow up on corrective actions.
• Lead lean manufacturing initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen and Kanban to improve process efficiency.
• Analyze production data and wastage to identify defects and areas for improvement.
• Support the QA team in fostering a strong quality culture throughout the organization.

Required profile

• Graduation degree or DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in quality assurance, quality control or manufacturing operations.
• Practical knowledge of raw material inspection, QA/QC audits and lean manufacturing practices.
