About the role

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through networking and relationship building.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and candidates.
• Understand client hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Source, headhunt, interview, and shortlist candidates for permanent positions.
• Coordinate interviews, manage the recruitment process, and negotiate offers.
• Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, recruitment databases, CRM systems, AI‑powered tools and social media to attract top talent.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
• Confident, resilient, and ambitious personality with a desire to build a successful career.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and influencing abilities.
• Organisational and time‑management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience using CRM systems for candidate and client management.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered recruitment tools and social media platforms for talent sourcing.
