Executive Sales

About the role

PTCL is seeking an Executive Sales professional to lead and support its sales teams across the territory. The role focuses on achieving monthly sales targets, improving team performance, and expanding the retail network while ensuring high quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly sales targets and daily individual performance of the sales team.
• Conduct field visits with sales FSA to enhance throughput and sales pitches.
• Mobilize the team to prioritize DDS, KIOSK, and M1/M2 billings.
• Distribute territory sales targets efficiently across teams and ensure implementation of sales planning for all PTCL brands.
• Follow up on pending orders, coordinate installations, and improve conversion ratios.
• Collaborate with trade marketing and channel development to maintain 100% policy compliance.
• Track bill payments for new customers and identify improvement areas in sales channels.
• Conduct sales trainings and awareness sessions, ensuring maximum participation.

Required profile

• BBA, BSc, Engineering or equivalent degree with at least 2 years of sales & distribution experience.
• Strong business understanding and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
