Executive Sales Manager

About the role

The Executive Sales Manager will lead sales efforts for TrueCore Network™ in Karachi, driving revenue growth by promoting the company’s remote Virtual Assistant solutions to B2B clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to capture new business opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring revenue targets are met.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and present tailored Virtual Assistant offerings.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to guarantee high‑quality service delivery.
• Oversee sales pipelines, monitor performance metrics, and prepare accurate forecasts and reports.
• Coach and mentor sales team members to achieve individual and collective targets.
• Represent the company at meetings, events, and industry gatherings, gathering market feedback.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and service offerings.

Required profile

• Proven sales leadership and business development experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Strong strategic planning and analytical skills for data interpretation and forecasting.
• Experience in managing and coaching sales teams in a results‑driven environment.
• Customer‑centric mindset with experience handling international or remote‑service clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; experience in B2B services, outsourcing or SaaS is a plus.
