Executive Sales Manager

About the role

The Executive Sales role at PTCL Group focuses on driving monthly sales targets, managing a sales team, and expanding the retail network across the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly sales targets and monitor daily team performance.
• Conduct field visits with sales FSA to improve throughput and sales pitches.
• Mobilize the team to focus on DDS, KIOSK, and M1/M2 billings.
• Support teams in achieving targets while adhering to quality benchmarks.
• Distribute territory sales targets efficiently across teams.
• Implement sales planning for all PTCL brands in the territory.
• Follow up on pending orders and coordinate timely installations with operations teams.
• Expand and improve the retail network in the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with trade marketing and channel development to ensure policy compliance.
• Track bill payments for new customers and identify areas for channel improvement.
• Conduct sales trainings and awareness sessions, ensuring maximum participation.

Required profile

• BBA, BSc, Engineering or equivalent degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and distribution.
• Strong business understanding.
