Executive Sales Officer – Night Shift

About the role

Prime BPO is looking for an experienced Executive Sales Officer to join its high‑performing sales team in Rawalpindi. This full‑time, on‑site position works the night shift and focuses on closing inbound and outbound leads with a strong guaranteed salary and uncapped commission.

Key responsibilities

• Close inbound and outbound sales leads effectively.
• Cross‑sell multiple products to maximize revenue.
• Deliver persuasive, compliant sales presentations.
• Handle objections confidently and convert prospects into customers.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Accurately complete applications and documentation.
• Maintain CRM records and client data.
• Follow compliance and quality‑assurance standards.
• Coordinate with verification and QA teams.
• Be available for overtime or extended hours when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of closing experience (final expense or any campaign).
• Strong objection handling and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Understanding of sales closing, compliance, and product knowledge.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven mindset.
• Comfortable working night shifts.
• Regular students are not eligible.
