Executive Systems & Processes

About the role

We are looking for an Executive Systems & Processes professional to design and implement policies, processes and systems that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience and risk mitigation across corporate customer touch‑points. The role combines communication support, process re‑engineering and project management within a telecom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure effective internal communication and coordinate with product owners to meet SLAs.
• Develop, re‑engineer and standardise departmental processes with a focus on customer centricity and faster time‑to‑market.
• Create and maintain information‑delivery channels, SLA and TAT frameworks.
• Analyse existing policies, propose new packages/offers and optimise product processes.
• Lead end‑to‑end projects, prioritize conflicting requirements and control delivery timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Science, Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in the telecom sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and write technical documentation.
• Flexibility to support business‑critical activities beyond standard hours.
