About the role

We are looking for a motivated and people‑oriented Talent Acquisition professional to support our recruitment function. The role focuses on candidate sourcing, initial screening, interview coordination and administrative support throughout the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Make initial phone calls to pre‑screen candidates based on role requirements.
• Conduct brief, structured interviews to assess qualifications, skills and overall suitability.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to support end‑to‑end hiring activities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure recruitment documentation is updated.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and relevant stakeholders.
• Assist with various recruitment and administrative tasks as required.
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to conduct structured candidate assessments and make sound initial judgments.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
