Executive Unified Communications

About the role

PTCL is looking for an Executive Unified Communications to ensure the availability, security and reliability of its email and communication platforms across the PTCL Group. The role combines proactive monitoring, system upgrades, vulnerability management and disaster‑recovery readiness to support the company’s digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively monitor all Email & Communication Platforms for the PTCL Group.
• Track Exchange Server availability, performance and utilization.
• Plan and execute upgrades to the latest versions of email and communication systems.
• Manage disaster‑recovery (DR) email server administration and activation when required.
• Perform on‑demand and scheduled vulnerability remediation for email and communication platforms.
• Generate regular reports on patching KPIs and KRIs.

Required profile

• Degree from an HEC‑recognized university in Computer Sciences, IT or Engineering (bachelor’s level).
• Microsoft certification.
• 2‑4 years of relevant experience in email or communication platform management.
