Executive – Virtual Account Management (12‑month contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Executive to lead Virtual Account Management for foodpanda’s vendor portfolio in Pakistan. In this 12‑month contract you will drive vendor performance, acquire new partners and ensure high satisfaction across more than 400 accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 400+ vendors, meeting targets for operating hours, fail rate and offline hours.
• Proactively acquire and sell growth products/tools to vendors, achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Provide end‑to‑end account ownership, acting as the main point of contact for vendor requests and issues.
• Build long‑term relationships, maximise ROI and ensure 100 % vendor satisfaction.
• Analyse performance data to make data‑driven decisions and improve retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as finance, deals, partner care and sales to deliver a seamless vendor experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of client or vendor management experience, preferably in FMCG, B2B or e‑commerce.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, process‑oriented and data‑driven with a “hustler” mindset.
• Ability to mentor teammates and act with compassion and humility.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets) proficiency.
• Experience with sales, account management or vendor acquisition.
