Experienced Accountant for Financial Reporting and Analysis

About the role

Leo Science is seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to join its finance team in Islamabad. The role focuses on preparing accurate financial reports, managing accounting records, and supporting audit compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoice processing and collections.
• Maintain the general ledger by posting and verifying journal entries.
• Conduct tax preparation and assist with filing in line with regulations.
• Develop budgets and forecasts in coordination with management.
• Coordinate audit activities and provide required documentation.
• Record receipts, payments, bank transactions, and POS invoicing data.
• Utilise accounting software to streamline processes and perform financial analysis.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of professional accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, SAP FI, and advanced Excel functions.
• Knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
