About the role
One Stop BPO is seeking experienced call center closers to handle qualified prospects, overcome objections, present solutions and close deals across any campaign or vertical.
Key responsibilities
- Engage qualified leads and guide them through the sales process.
- Handle objections effectively and present appropriate solutions.
- Consistently convert qualified leads into closed sales.
Required profile
- Proven closing/sales experience on outbound or inbound campaigns.
- Strong objection‑handling and communication skills.
- Target‑driven, confident on the phone and able to meet performance goals.
- Previous call centre experience preferred.
What we offer
- On‑site work at Range Road, Rawalpindi.
- Night shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM.
- PKR 100,000 basic salary plus incentives, total earning potential up to PKR 250,000.
