Experienced Cold Caller – Digital Marketing Campaigns

About the role

We are looking for an experienced cold caller to join our Lahore office and support Quick Rankers LLC’s digital marketing, SEO and e‑commerce campaigns. You will engage prospective clients by phone, introduce our services and qualify leads for the sales and account teams.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to prospects and present digital marketing solutions.
• Qualify leads, schedule follow‑up meetings or demos, and update CRM records.
• Maintain and manage daily call lists, ensuring accuracy and timely follow‑up.
• Meet or exceed call and conversion targets set by the team.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales colleagues to refine outreach scripts and improve campaign performance.
• Provide feedback from prospects to help optimize messaging and overall campaign effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven cold‑calling and telemarketing experience with high call volumes.
• Background in lead generation, client prospecting, and qualifying opportunities for digital marketing services.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening and a confident phone presence.
• Ability to use CRM or calling tools to track interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Basic understanding of SEO, social media marketing and online advertising.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting performance targets.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in marketing or business is a plus.
