Experienced Sales Agent

About the role

The Experienced Sales Agent will join Outspot Global’s Karachi team to engage prospective and existing customers, conduct outbound and inbound sales calls, present service offerings and close deals in line with client targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to generate and close new business.
• Present service offerings and negotiate contracts with prospects.
• Manage sales pipelines and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
• Follow up on leads, meet or exceed individual and team sales KPIs.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to refine scripts and improve conversion rates.
• Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
• Adhere to company policies, participate in training and ensure professional, compliant communication.

Required profile

• Strong sales communication skills, including persuasive speaking and active listening.
• Proven experience in outbound and inbound sales, lead generation and deal closing within a call‑center or BPO environment.
• Ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections and manage challenging conversations professionally.
• Comfort using CRM systems, call management software and basic productivity tools for tracking leads.
• Customer‑service orientation with a focus on delivering positive experiences.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities in a fast‑paced, target‑driven setting.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Karachi with reliable full‑time attendance.
• Intermediate education minimum; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred.
