Expert Consumer Products – Telco Payments

About the role

JazzCash is seeking an Expert Consumer Products – Telco Payments to lead the Loads & Packages portfolio within the Consumer Products team. You will shape product strategy, drive growth, and ensure seamless integration with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for Loads & Packages, defining value proposition and growth levers.
• Drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and revenue expansion across the portfolio.
• Manage product offerings, features, pricing and lifecycle initiatives.
• Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, market research and competitive analysis.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, pricing updates, configurations, reconciliations and reporting, seeking automation.
• Collaborate with technology, finance, marketing, CX, product development and telco partners for integrations, UATs and enhancements.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of product management experience, preferably in telecom, fintech or digital financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management (Master’s a plus).
• Hands‑on experience with mobile top‑ups, loads & packages and digital wallets/accounts.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with numbers and data‑driven decision making.
