Expert Distributor Payments & Agent Channel

About the role

The Expert Distributor Payments & Agent Channel will lead the digitisation of merchant‑to‑distributor (M2D) payments, enabling both distributors and merchants to use digital platforms. Based in Peshawar, the role focuses on building a robust supply‑chain payments ecosystem while expanding the agent network in high‑footfall locations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, onboard and enable distributors for digital payment collections from merchants.
• Drive adoption of M2D payments by onboarding merchants within the distributor ecosystem.
• Conduct training and awareness programmes for distributors and merchants on digital payment solutions, QR codes and till systems.
• Develop and manage agent touchpoints in locations such as educational institutions, fuel stations, transport hubs and pharmacies.
• Set targets, monitor KPIs (transaction volumes, active merchants, agent productivity) and take corrective actions.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, merchants, partners and internal teams.
• Plan and execute regional on‑ground activations and promotional campaigns to increase digital payment usage.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital payments or financial services ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of supply‑chain and merchant‑to‑distributor payment flows.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to drive adoption.
• Experience in training, onboarding and supporting field partners.
• Ability to analyse transaction data and optimise performance.
