Expert Employer Branding

About the role

The Expert Employer Branding will lead JazzWorld’s employer brand strategy, positioning the company as a top‑of‑mind employer both internally and externally. Working closely with Talent Acquisition, HR leadership, Corporate Communications and Marketing, you will shape the employee value proposition and drive culture‑focused initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement an employer branding framework that aligns with JazzWorld’s digital service identity.
• Develop and promote digital content across external channels, monitoring brand perception and media commentary.
• Lead culture transformation initiatives, embedding the employee value proposition in all employee experience processes.
• Manage internal brand activities such as employee events, talent programs and campus ambassador initiatives.
• Oversee external branding campaigns, academia partnerships, internships, graduate and management‑trainee programs.
• Collaborate with senior management to shape external employer brand perception and track branding metrics.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of JazzWorld’s culture and business model.
• Experience working with HR, communications and marketing teams on brand initiatives.
• Ability to stay current on labour‑market trends and translate insights into actionable programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and project‑leadership skills.
