Expert Finance Systems

About the role

The Expert Finance Systems will lead transformation projects and drive finance process improvements across multiple geographies. This role combines finance expertise with cloud security responsibilities, focusing on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) security operations.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain OCI network and security controls, ensuring audit readiness.
• Perform timely patching and remediation of vulnerabilities, preventing recurrence of high‑risk findings.
• Execute and maintain security SOPs in daily operations and coordinate remediation with platform, application and operations teams.
• Review OCI security dashboards, vulnerability reports and assess new or recurring security findings.
• Validate patch levels, plan and execute required patching activities.
• Implement and verify network and security configuration changes in OCI.
• Respond to security queries, incidents and audit evidence requests.
• Review upcoming changes or deployments for security and operational impact.
• Document actions taken, risks identified and controls validated.
• Identify improvement opportunities to strengthen OCI security posture and drive process standardisation.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, liaise with vendor consulting teams and improve key performance metrics.
• Handle ad‑hoc projects and tasks as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant cloud or security certifications (e.g., OCI certifications, Cloud Security or Network Security) – preferred but not mandatory.
• Practical experience in cloud network and security operations may be considered in lieu of formal certifications.
