Expert Institutional Business Development

About the role

The Institutional Business Development Expert will identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships between JazzWorld and large public and private sector institutions across Pakistan. Reporting to the Head of Institutional Business Development, you will shape solutions, structure deals, and support execution from concept to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategic business opportunities across government, public sector, development agencies, and large enterprises.
• Conduct institutional opportunity mapping, market analysis, and gap assessments to uncover digital transformation prospects.
• Design integrated commercial solutions leveraging JazzWorld’s ecosystem (Enterprise Connectivity, JazzCash, Mobilink Bank, Garaj, Teknosys, Insurance).
• Develop business cases, value propositions, and executive presentations.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration for opportunity qualification, solution development, and execution.
• Build and manage relationships with institutional stakeholders and support executive‑level engagements.
• Track market trends, government initiatives, and emerging opportunities to support JazzWorld’s growth strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in strategy, business development, consulting, or digital services.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication/presentation skills.
• Background in telecommunications, technology, or digital services is highly desirable.
• Experience working with government organizations, development agencies, or large institutional clients.
