About the role

The Expert Performance & Planning role supports the strategic direction and performance management of Jazz Lifestyle Ventures' digital ecosystem. You will monitor business performance, aid strategic and financial planning, and build automated, data‑driven reporting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate core business, operational and financial KPIs across JLV’s digital businesses, identifying gaps and trends.
• Support annual and multi‑year business planning, budgeting, forecasting and tracking of strategic milestones.
• Design, develop and automate interactive dashboards to provide real‑time KPI visibility and reduce manual reporting.
• Identify and implement AI‑powered solutions for automated reporting, anomaly detection and enhanced forecasting.
• Leverage analytics platforms such as CleverTap and Google Analytics 4 to analyse customer journeys, acquisition, retention and conversion funnels.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in business performance management, analytics or strategic planning, preferably in digital, technology or telecom.
• Strong understanding of digital business models, financial and operational KPIs, and performance management frameworks.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a mindset for innovation and automation.

Required skills

• Dashboard development using Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau or similar BI tools.
• SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• PowerPoint for executive presentations.
• Experience with AI/automation tools, generative AI or workflow automation.
• Familiarity with CleverTap, Google Analytics 4, and basic Python or API integration (optional).
