Expert Product - Digital Lending

About the role

JazzCash is looking for an Expert Product - Digital Lending professional (Grade L2) in Islamabad to lead the creation and implementation of its lending portfolio products. The role spans technical product development, product marketing, roadmap implementation, UX design, documentation, customer experience and integration with technical systems. It suits someone who takes ideas from concept to launch and bridges customer needs with engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of lending products, from discovery and business case through PRD, launch and post-launch optimization.
• Define product vision, roadmap and execution plans aligned with company strategy, prioritized by business impact, feasibility and customer value.
• Translate business requirements into product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows, and drive technical decisions on APIs, architecture and integrations with engineering.
• Work with Engineering, Design, Risk, Data Science, Compliance, Operations and Commercial teams to deliver scalable, secure and compliant products.
• Define and monitor KPIs such as adoption, activation, conversion, revenue, portfolio performance, delinquency and customer satisfaction.
• Lead discovery workshops, UAT, go-live planning and post-launch reviews, and champion customer-centric design.

Required profile

• 4-7 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, digital lending, payments, banking or technology, with products scaled to large customer bases.
• Strong product fundamentals across discovery, roadmap planning, execution, experimentation and growth, and understanding of the SDLC and Agile delivery.
• Structured, critical thinking; ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority; good communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of AI systems is a plus.

Required skills

• Technical fluency with engineers on APIs, microservices, integrations, databases and platform architecture (hands-on coding not required).
• Writing BRDs, user stories, workflow diagrams, wireframes and acceptance criteria.
• Use of product analytics for data-driven decisions.
