Export Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Export Business Development Manager to expand our international presence for a portfolio of rice, spices and Himalayan pink salt. Based in Karachi, you will lead the development of new export markets and drive sales growth across global channels.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new international buyers, importers and distributors.
• Develop export market strategies and generate new business opportunities.
• Manage existing customer relationships and achieve export sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close export deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and shipment execution.
• Conduct market research and represent the company at international trade events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or International Trade.
• 6‑8 years of experience in export sales or international business development.
• Prior experience in FMCG/food exports, especially rice, spices or pink salt, is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of international markets, export procedures and customer development.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
