Facebook Optimization Specialist

About the role

The Facebook Optimization Specialist will work on‑site in Islamabad to improve page performance, reach, and engagement. You will analyze metrics, run A/B tests, and collaborate with content and design teams to deliver data‑driven results.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular performance reports.
• Design and execute A/B testing, audience segmentation, and content tuning initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine posting strategies and optimize audience targeting.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Effective communication abilities for presenting findings and recommendations.
• Project management experience to handle multiple optimization initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Experience with Facebook Insights and Meta Business Suite.
• Proficiency in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and content performance tuning.
• Familiarity with other social media analytics tools is a plus.
