FGWH Shift Lead

About the role

The FGWH Shift Lead is responsible for planning, organizing, supervising and participating in daily warehouse operations to ensure high customer satisfaction. The role oversees safe receipt, storage and timely dispatch of finished goods while complying with health, safety, FEFO, food safety and PepsiCo policies.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, train and evaluate warehouse employees to achieve peak efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and manage warehouse systems, including product handling, equipment utilization, inventory control and gate processes.
• Ensure effective use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inbound and outbound activities.
• Monitor labor productivity (CPMH) and deliver OTIF & CFR targets as per the Annual Operating Plan.
• Maintain a safe work environment, enforce EHS standards and conduct regular safety audits.
• Prepare and share daily outbound reports and manage distributor dispatch plans following FEFO principles.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in business or a graduate degree with relevant experience.
• 4‑5 years of experience in a finished‑goods warehouse within the FMCG sector.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory reconciliation, cycle counting and GMP standards.
• Proven people‑management and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP warehouse software.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience operating a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
