Field Agent - Service Provider Onboarding

About the role

HunarSaz is hiring two Field Agents in Lahore to onboard skilled service providers. The role involves visiting markets, workshops and trade centres, introducing providers to the platform, helping them register and complete their profiles, and following up as they start using the service.

Key responsibilities

• Visit markets, workshops, trade centres and other provider locations and identify suitable tradespeople and service professionals.
• Explain how HunarSaz works and register interested providers with their knowledge and consent, recording accurate service and contact details.
• Help providers complete their profiles and learn to use the web portal or mobile app.
• Follow up on incomplete profiles and onboarding questions.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, registrations, profile completion and provider activity.
• Build relationships with local trade communities and share field feedback with the team.
• Meet agreed targets for qualified contacts, registrations, completed profiles and active providers.

Required profile

• Clear spoken Urdu and basic working English.
• Ability to explain a digital platform to new users.
• Planning ability to organise daily field visits and work independently.

Required skills

• Provider registration, profile completion and follow-up.
• Accurate record keeping.
• Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Using a smartphone, web portal, mobile apps and online forms.

What we offer

• Monthly salary based on experience, PKR 40,000 to 50,000.
• Fuel support for assigned fieldwork.
