Field Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Field Coordinator to join the Gender-Based Violence Survivors Support Project, an international technical cooperation initiative funded by JICA and implemented with the Punjab government. The project runs from January 2025 to December 2028 and focuses on survivor‑centered service delivery, protection, rehabilitation, and economic empowerment of GBV survivors.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate field activities and liaise with the Social Welfare Department and other government agencies.
• Organise and deliver need‑based training modules for SWD staff.
• Support multi‑stakeholder engagement to strengthen Women Protection Center services in pilot districts.
• Assist in developing practical guidelines for Transitional Homes.
• Manage accounting, logistics, and reporting tasks for the project.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in project implementation and coordination.
• Strong writing and report‑drafting abilities.
• Proficiency in managing accounting and logistics work.
• Fluency in English and Urdu (spoken and written).
• Experience working with Punjab governmental departments is highly valued.
