About the role
We are seeking energetic Field Sales Executives to promote and sell beauty care products across salons and pharmacy outlets. This field‑based role involves daily visits to assigned territories, building strong relationships with shop owners and staff, and ensuring product visibility.
Key responsibilities
- Visit assigned salons and pharmacy outlets on a daily basis.
- Promote and sell beauty care products to shop owners and staff.
- Maintain product availability and optimal shelf visibility.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with outlet personnel.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily field activity.
Required profile
- Minimum FA / Intermediate qualification.
- Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
- Field sales experience preferred in FMCG, beauty, or pharmacy sectors.
- Comfortable with daily travel using a company‑provided EV scooty.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and able to work independently.
- Fresh graduates are welcome if highly motivated for field sales.
