Field Sales Representative

About the role

Health Next Diagnostics & Labs is seeking a full‑time Field Sales Representative to promote its imaging and laboratory services across clinics and hospitals in Islamabad and surrounding areas. You will act as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, building relationships that generate referrals and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Visit clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare providers to present and promote diagnostic services.
• Identify new business opportunities and follow up regularly with existing contacts.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on service offerings.
• Coordinate with internal marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Maintain accurate visit logs, sales reports, and performance tracking against targets.
• Gather market feedback to support business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong sales and business development abilities, including outreach, relationship building, and negotiation.
• Clear, professional communication with healthcare professionals; solid presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of diagnostic lab and imaging services or willingness to learn quickly.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, including territory planning and reporting.
• Comfortable with frequent local travel within Islamabad and nearby areas.
• Prior experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or diagnostics sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Integrity, customer‑focused mindset, and ability to work independently while collaborating with team members.

Required skills

• Proficiency with smartphones and email for daily communication.
• Basic office software skills, including spreadsheets and word processing.
