Field Supervisor – Healthcare Education (Pharma)

About the role

The company is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead a team of Healthcare Educators who deliver patient education, counselling, and product demonstrations across pharmacies and clinics. The role focuses on diabetes and obesity awareness and requires regular field visits to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and coordinate a team of Healthcare Educators to provide consistent patient education and counselling.
• Monitor and document diabetes and obesity screening, assessments, follow‑ups and product/device demonstrations.
• Conduct field visits to pharmacies and clinics to assess team performance, compliance and project execution.
• Track team KPIs, identify gaps and provide timely feedback and support.
• Maintain accurate daily records and submit KPI‑related data.
• Coordinate with the Project Lead and stakeholders on updates, operational needs and field challenges.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, ethical standards, privacy, data protection and safety reporting.
• Support patient referrals and promptly escalate pharmacovigilance incidents, adverse events and product complaints.

Required profile

• Bachelor's/Master's degree or Pharm‑D in a relevant healthcare field.
• 0–2 years of experience in healthcare, patient education, nutrition, pharmacy or related areas.
• Knowledge of diabetes, obesity and lifestyle management.
• Strong communication, coordination, documentation and reporting abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English and a local language.
• Comfortable using digital tools and educational resources.
