Final Expense Closer & Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

We are seeking motivated professionals to join our sales team in Rawalpindi. The position combines two functions: a Sales Development Representative focused on medical billing outreach and a Final Expense Closer responsible for converting inbound leads.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to healthcare providers and deliver product demos on medical billing services.
• Generate, qualify, and record leads for the sales pipeline while ensuring compliance.
• Present high‑quality sales pitches to final expense prospects and achieve a target of at least three closed leads per day.
• Understand client needs, handle objections, and maintain a strong closing ratio.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow company policies throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales with fluent spoken English.
• Demonstrated ability in lead generation, qualification, and record keeping.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with attention to detail.
• For Closers: experience in high‑volume closing, preferably in final expense sales.
• For SDRs: background in medical billing outreach or call‑center verification.
