Final Expense Insurance Sales Agent

About the role

Cass Group Solutions is looking for a motivated Final Expense Insurance Sales Agent to join its Karachi outsourcing team. You will work night shifts in an office environment, engaging prospects and guiding them through the final expense coverage process.

Key responsibilities

• Contact assigned leads and conduct structured sales conversations.
• Explain final expense coverage, benefits, eligibility, and next steps clearly.
• Ask targeted questions to uncover customer needs and present suitable solutions.
• Maintain organized records of interactions, follow‑ups, and outcomes.
• Achieve daily and monthly activity, quality, and conversion targets.
• Follow approved scripts, compliance standards, and customer service guidelines.
• Collaborate with supervisors and internal teams to resolve queries and complete applications.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Confident, courteous, and persuasive telephone manner.
• Ability to simplify insurance concepts for customers.
• Experience with lead qualification, objection handling, and closing techniques.
• Comfort using sales scripts, CRM systems, dialers, and routine data entry.
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work night shifts.
