Final Expense Insurance Sales Representative

About the role

Cass Group Solutions is looking for motivated professionals to join its Final Expense Team in Karachi. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on outbound customer outreach and sales of final‑expense insurance solutions within an outsourcing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with prospective customers through assigned campaigns.
• Explain final‑expense insurance concepts, eligibility, and options clearly.
• Ask discovery questions, qualify prospects and identify needs.
• Handle objections respectfully and guide interested customers toward the next step.
• Record outcomes, customer information and follow‑up actions in company systems.
• Meet activity, quality, attendance and conversion targets.
• Follow approved scripts, compliance, data‑protection standards and escalation processes.
• Collaborate with team leaders and colleagues to improve customer experience and campaign results.

Required profile

• Clear, confident verbal communication in English and Urdu.
• Basic understanding of consultative selling, lead qualification and objection handling.
• Ability to explain product information simply and listen carefully to customer needs.
• Comfort working with targets, structured processes and performance metrics.
• Accurate data entry and consistent use of CRM or call‑center systems.
• Professional telephone etiquette, patience and sound judgment.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow compliance procedures.
• Basic computer literacy, including email, web‑based tools and standard office applications.
• Reliable attendance, teamwork, adaptability and willingness to learn insurance processes.
