Finance Executive

About the role

Troxis is seeking a detail‑oriented Finance Executive to join its Finance & Accounts team in Lahore. The role supports daily financial operations, ensures accurate record‑keeping, and assists with reporting and compliance in a fast‑growing software and AI solutions company.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day accounting and finance operations, maintaining accurate ledgers and supporting documentation.
• Record, review and reconcile financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Monitor company expenses, ensure proper categorisation and support AP/AR processes.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities and prepare management reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and expense tracking initiatives.
• Perform bank reconciliations, monitor cash‑flow and assist with payroll and reimbursements.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits and respond to routine finance queries.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and undertake ad‑hoc finance projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, accounts payable/receivable or financial operations.
• Experience in a software house, technology or SaaS environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
