Finance Executive

About the role

We are looking for a self‑motivated and energetic Finance Executive to join our fast‑paced business consulting environment. The role involves handling bookkeeping, reconciliations and financial reporting using Oracle NetSuite and other ERP tools.

Key responsibilities

• Document and record financial transactions in Oracle NetSuite and other accounting software.
• Prepare vouchers, bank receipts and payments while ensuring compliance with financial policies.
• Reconcile accounts, transactions and discrepancies by collecting and analysing financial data.
• Assist in preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements and cash flow reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cost‑control activities and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Conduct audit documentation and internal financial analysis.
• Work closely with senior finance professionals to optimise workflows in NetSuite ERP.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely invoice processing.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for taxation, payroll and financial reporting needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Prior experience with Oracle NetSuite or other ERP systems.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and familiarity with GAAP compliance.
• Excellent Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis) and familiarity with QuickBooks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
