Finance Executive

About the role

The Finance Executive will support a fast‑paced business consulting environment, handling day‑to‑day accounting tasks and financial reporting. The role requires strong analytical abilities and hands‑on experience with ERP systems, particularly Oracle NetSuite.

Key responsibilities

• Document and record financial transactions using Oracle NetSuite and other accounting software.
• Prepare vouchers, bank receipts, and payments while ensuring compliance with financial policies.
• Reconcile accounts, transactions, and discrepancies by collecting and analyzing financial data.
• Assist in preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost‑control activities.
• Conduct audit documentation and internal financial analysis to ensure GAAP compliance.
• Collaborate with senior finance professionals to optimise workflows in NetSuite ERP.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoice processing.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 2+ years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Prior experience with Oracle NetSuite or other ERP systems.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and familiarity with GAAP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Oracle NetSuite (or similar ERP) proficiency.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• QuickBooks familiarity.
• Financial reporting, auditing, and reconciliation expertise.
